All packages shipped within Texas are subject to State sales tax on product, postage and handling.

All orders will be shipped via UPS. 
Lower 48 States shipping charges=  FREE.  
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico shipping charges= $20.00 
Canada shipping charges= please email us at sales@samsautoworks.com for shipping rates, please include the item you are interested in and the complete mailing address.

DAMAGED GOODS- SHIPPING RELATED

Immediately report any damages to UPS (United Parcel Service) Call 800-742-5877

After you receive your claim number from UPS, e-mail us sales@samsautoworks.com with the claim number and invoice number so we can process your replacement.

DAMAGED GOODS-NON SHIPPING RELATED

E-mail us at sales@samsautoworks.com and we will give you instructions on what to do.

RETURNS

E-mail us with the invoice number and part number and we will e-mail you instructions on what to do.  Returns are subject to a 20%-50% restocking fee. All items returned must be in perfect 'new' condition and in original packaging. All returns must be made with in 30 days of invoice date.  No returns on special orders.
